1. Poor heat dissipation. When buying saw blades, it's best to use those with cooling holes, and you can add water or other coolants to lower the temperature.
2. Too many teeth. Multi-blade saws have many blades installed, resulting in high resistance. More teeth mean greater resistance, making blade burning more likely.
3. Poor discharge. Sawdust that is difficult to discharge can also cause local overheating. Equipment must have a good discharge system.
4. Raw materials. Particleboard is inherently difficult to saw. If the particleboard quality is poor and contains too many impurities, blade burning is more likely.

1. Check if the water tank is clogged

3. Check if the main shaft is misaligned
