Setting the timing method for woodworking carving machine

Woodworking engraving machines have become widely used in recent years. In addition to high-performance engraving technology and efficiency, they also save significant labor resources, which is a major reason for their popularity among customers. Furthermore, using CNC woodworking engraving machines allows for the estimation of processing time, enabling better calculation of production costs. Generally, a skilled operator can quickly estimate the processing time.
I. Specific Setting Method for Timed Processing of Woodworking Engraving Machines:
Based on the travel range of different models of woodworking engraving machines, manually move the machine to the limit positions of the three axes until the limit switches are activated. Record the minimum and maximum coordinate values for the X, Y, and Z axes, and input them into the corresponding positions in the position parameters.
II. Tool Change Position for Woodworking Engraving Machine. This parameter group is used to set the X, Y, and Z axis coordinates of the "tool change position" for convenient tool changes. After setting the "tool change position," using the "Go to Tool Change Position" in "Special Movement," the head will move to the set position, waiting for the operator to change the tool.

Manually control the woodworking engraving machine to move to a position convenient for tool changing, record the current machine coordinates, and input them into the corresponding "position parameters."
(3) Tooling Position. This parameter group is used to set the X and Y coordinates of the center of the tool setter when using the tool setter, and the Z-axis rapid descent distance (Z-axis value).
Analysis of Motor Vibration After Powering On the Woodworking Engraving Machine
First, check if the motor windings are connected incorrectly to the driver; if not, check if the input frequency CP is too high; whether the frequency ramp design is unreasonable, refer to the frequency ramp design; if none of the above reasons are found, the driver may be burned out.
"Timed processing" allows operators to know the processing time in advance before engraving. The calculation is based on the set engraving machine parameters and the time required to process the current engraving file. This time does not include tool changes, positioning, etc., and is an estimated value. Engraving parameters affecting "timed processing" include feed rate, plunge rate, plunge delay, Z-axis travel, etc., and are also related to the "priority mode." Within the woodworking engraving machine processing time, customers can also make other work arrangements, greatly improving the utilization rate of human resources.
